Deposits and Appointment Confirmation
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures your spot on our schedule, allows your artist to begin planning your custom design, and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Important details:
No deposit = no appointment. Even if you’ve discussed a date or design with an artist, your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposits can be made in person at the studio or over the phone during business hours with a front desk team member. For phone payments, card is the only accepted method, and payment information must be ready at the time of your call.
Appointments are first-come, first-served, and we are unable to hold any time slots without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice, up to two times.
Security Notice:
We will never request payment via Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or social media messaging. If you receive a suspicious request, call the studio directly before sending any money.
Your deposit guarantees your appointment and allows us to dedicate time and care to your custom tattoo.
Pricing
Hourly Rate: $170 per hour
Minimum: $150 (for tattoos under 1 hour, covers setup and professional care)
Flat-Rate Options: We occasionally offer flat-rate pricing during special promotions or for artist-created flash designs. These will always be clearly marked and priced individually.
Every tattoo is unique, and final pricing is determined by size, placement, detail, and artist. A custom quote will be provided once we have all the details about your tattoo.
Complimentary Touch-Up:
Your tattoo includes one complimentary touch-up, valid within one calendar year from the original appointment.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
Deposits:
Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new appointment if proper notice is given within the 48-hour window. Transfers can only be made up to two times.
No-Call/No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and your artist will be compensated for the time that was reserved for you.
Running Late:
If you are running behind, please contact the studio as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15–20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the artist’s availability and the rest of the day’s schedule.
We understand that unexpected things happen, and we always strive to accommodate when possible. Timely communication helps us keep everything organized and ensures that all clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Artists and Licensing
All of our artists are fully licensed by the State of Florida and adhere to strict health and safety regulations to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment.
Our team follows rigorous sanitation protocols, including the use of sterile, single-use equipment and professionally sterilized tools, so every tattoo is completed safely. Each artist is trained in proper hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and state-mandated health procedures to protect both clients and staff.

Custom Tattoos: Every tattoo is uniquely designed to suit your vision, style, and placement. Our artists work with you to create a one-of-a-kind design.
Cover-Ups & Reworks: We can transform or enhance existing tattoos. A consultation is required to assess the design and determine the best approach.
Complimentary Touch-Ups: Each tattoo includes one touch-up, valid within one calendar year of the original appointment, to ensure your tattoo heals perfectly.
Cosmetic & Medical Tattooing: Only Heidi provides these specialized services, including nano-brows and nipple reconstruction, performed with precision, care, and the highest professional standard
Services We Do Not Offer:
We do not perform piercings at this studio.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our highest priority. Our studio strictly follows all state and industry regulations to maintain a clean and professional environment:
Sterile Equipment: All needles, tubes, and other tools that contact skin are single-use and disposed of after each client. Non-disposable tools are professionally sterilized using state-approved methods.
Sanitation Protocols: Our studio follows rigorous cleaning procedures, including surface disinfection, hand hygiene, and safe waste disposal. Artists wear gloves and change them as required to prevent cross-contamination.
Client Safety: We monitor all procedures to ensure your tattoo is applied in a safe, hygienic, and controlled environment. Any concerns about health or safety are addressed immediately.

Design Policy
At Miss Heidi’s Tattoo, we focus on custom artwork tailored to each client:
Custom Tattoos: Most tattoos are fully custom, designed to match your style, size, and placement preferences.
Flash Designs: Occasionally, artists create pre-drawn flash designs, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and priced individually.
Day-of Edits: Minor adjustments to your tattoo can typically be made on the day of your appointment. Larger changes, however, may require rescheduling to ensure the final design meets both your expectations and the artist’s standards.
Our goal is to ensure each tattoo is unique, precise, and exactly what you envisioned, while maintaining a professional and organized workflow.
Additional Policies
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for all clients, we ask that you follow the guidelines below:
Valid ID Required: All clients must present a government-issued photo ID at the time of their appointment. No exceptions. This verifies age and ensures compliance with state tattooing laws.
Guests: We allow one guest per client. Our studio is small, and additional guests may disrupt the session or compromise safety and comfort. Any extra guests will be kindly asked to leave. Limiting visitors ensures that our artists can focus fully on your tattoo and that everyone in the studio has a positive experience.
Tattooing Minors: Clients aged 16–17 may be tattooed under Florida law if all legal requirements are met: a notarized consent form, a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID, and final approval from the artist. The minor consent form is available to download on our Forms page.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: We do not tattoo clients who are pregnant. If you are breastfeeding, we recommend waiting until your baby is no longer exclusively nursing to ensure safety and optimal healing.
Behavior & Studio Conduct: All clients are expected to treat our artists and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence, or displaying hateful or disruptive behavior toward staff or other clients.
